Hoje (17), o hacker Walter Delgatti Neto comparecerá à Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) do 8 de Janeiro, que está investigando os atos e omissões relacionados aos ataques antidemocráticos ocorridos nas sedes dos Três Poderes. Delgatti Neto, também conhecido como “Hacker de Araraquara”, está sob a mira da investigação que apura a inserção de dados falsos sobre o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, no Banco Nacional de Monitoramento de Prisões do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ).
O comparecimento do hacker à CPMI coincide com a crescente expectativa de uma possível delação premiada por parte de Delgatti à Polícia Federal (PF). A reunião está agendada para esta quinta-feira, 17 de agosto, na sala 2 da Ala Senador Nilo Coelho.
Preso pela PF em 2 de agosto, Delgatti Neto é peça-chave nas investigações que envolvem a inserção de informações falsas no sistema de monitoramento de prisões do CNJ. Essas inserções teriam sido realizadas em janeiro deste ano, antes dos atos antidemocráticos que abalaram o país. Originalmente marcada para o dia 10 de agosto, a oitiva do hacker na CPMI foi adiada devido à iminente possibilidade de uma delação premiada.
De acordo com depoimentos anteriores concedidos à Polícia Federal, Delgatti afirmou que a deputada federal Carla Zambelli (PL-SP) teria solicitado que ele invadisse as urnas eletrônicas, contas de e-mail e o telefone do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, que também exerce o cargo de presidente do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE).
A relatora da CPMI, senadora Eliziane Gama (PSD-MA), ressaltou a importância da oitiva de Walter Delgatti Neto para esclarecer a suposta atuação da deputada Carla Zambelli na contestação da legitimidade do sistema eleitoral brasileiro durante as eleições de 2022. “O depoimento nos parece fundamental para a investigação dos fatos desta Comissão de Inquérito”, declarou a senadora. Eliziane Gama é autora de um dos seis requerimentos que convocaram o hacker para prestar esclarecimentos perante a CPMI.
A senadora Gama também salientou que os eventos preparatórios que antecederam os atos ocorridos em 8 de janeiro merecem uma análise minuciosa durante o processo de investigação, conforme previsto no plano de trabalho da CPMI. Ela argumentou que esclarecer questões sobre as eleições é uma etapa fundamental na busca pela verdade e pela transparência no cenário político do país.
A expectativa é que o depoimento de Walter Delgatti Neto arroje luz sobre aspectos cruciais dos eventos que envolvem os ataques antidemocráticos de janeiro, bem como o papel de diversas figuras públicas nesse contexto.
