A Prefeitura de São José de Ribamar participou nos dias 3, 4 e 5 de março, do Fórum Permanente de Gestores Públicos de Cultura do Maranhão, que aconteceu no Convento das Mercês, em São Luís.
O encontro reuniu mais de 110 municípios do estado, que, através dos seus representantes, compartilharam políticas de cultura e receberam treinamentos de diversas ordens do setor.
A coordenadora de cultura de São José de Ribamar, Inês Maranhão, que esteve representando o secretário municipal, Urubatan Neto, falou da importância da integração entre as secretarias culturais do nosso estado. “As secretarias municipais precisam se integrar, principalmente as da Grande Ilha, para que possamos propagar ainda mais nossa expressão popular, nossas festas, festejos e costumes”, disse.
O encontro certamente é um grande avanço para a cultura do Maranhão, que é uma das mais ricas e marcantes do Nordeste.
