O Senador Weverton Rocha (PDT) anunciou através de suas redes sociais que testou positivo para Covid-19. Weverton disse ainda que após fazer teste de rotina, acabou confirmando seu contágio.
O senador estava em Imperatriz ajudando as famílias que foram atingidas pelas enchentes na cidade. Em sua declaração, declarou que suspendeu sua agenda e que voltar para Brasília para ficar em isolamento social.
“Fiz hoje exame de rotina para Covid-19, que repito a cada 10 dias. Para minha surpresa, deu positivo. Estava em Imperatriz, onde visitei famílias atingidas por enchente, sempre de máscara. De imediato, suspendi agenda e voltei a Brasília para ficar em isolamento. Tomei as duas doses da vacina. Estou sem sintomas e me sentindo bem. Qualquer notícia nova vou avisando por aqui.“
