Ministros da Integração e do Desenvolvimento Regional, Waldez Góes, e das Comunicações, Juscelino Filho, participarão de coletiva de imprensa na cidade de Bacabal. Governador Carlos Brandão também estará presente
Os ministros da Integração e do Desenvolvimento Regional, Waldez Góes, e das Comunicações, Juscelino Filho, e o secretário-executivo do Ministério das Cidades, Hildo Rocha, estarão, nesta terça-feira (21), no Maranhão, onde sobrevoarão áreas do estado que foram atingidas por fortes chuvas nos últimos dias.
Acompanhada do governador Carlos Brandão, a comitiva do Governo Federal fará, inicialmente, uma vistoria na cidade de Santa Luzia, onde um deslizamento de terra deixou dois mortos. Na sequência, será realizado sobrevoo às cidades de Trizidela do Vale, Pedreiras e Barragem das Flores.
No aeroporto de Bacabal, às 16h30, será realizada coletiva de imprensa com a participação dos ministros Waldez Góes e Juscelino Filho, do secretário Hildo Rocha e do governador Carlos Brandão.
Segundo o Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Maranhão, cerca de 400 famílias estão desabrigadas e 340 desalojadas. Seis pessoas morreram devido às fortes chuvas, sendo duas em Santa Luzia, três em Açailândia e uma em Arame.
